Our Story
Born from the lived experience of 2-CM Technologies LLC founder, Cortez Duncan,
2-CM Dreams is the heart and soul of a mission to give back. Raised in Capital Heights,
Maryland, Cortez overcame overwhelming odds through the help of mentors, faith, and
access to opportunities that allowed him to dream beyond his environment. That
journey—from a boy with big dreams to a U.S. Air Force veteran and CEO of a multi-
million-dollar tech firm—inspires everything we do.
At 2-CM Dreams, we believe every child deserves the same chance to imagine the
impossible. Our nonprofit exists to provide youth from low-income
communities—especially girls—with access to real-world opportunities that spark
curiosity, build confidence, and plant the seeds of lifelong success.
Through partnerships and community engagement, we offer programs in STEM,
swimming, sailing, and skilled trades—giving young people the tools and exposure
they need to turn dreams into plans.
